Our Service Area
Partistry Balloons is based in Columbia, Maryland and serves Howard County, Baltimore City and County, Montgomery County, Prince George’s County, Anne Arundel County, Harford County, and Cecil County in Maryland; all of Washington, DC; and select Northern Virginia locations for luxury events with a minimum investment of $3,000. We travel to venues throughout the greater Baltimore–Washington region and coordinate all logistics from installation to breakdown.
