Partistry Balloons is a luxury balloon decor studio based in Columbia, Maryland, specializing in corporate events, weddings, and celebrations throughout the DMV region. Founded by Flavia Oleniewski — a Certified Balloon Artist with a BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art — our studio brings a design-driven approach to every installation we create.
We’re not your average balloon company. Our team includes trained artists, logistics professionals, and a dedicated client services team that makes planning effortless. Whether you’re hosting a Fortune 500 corporate gala, an intimate wedding, or a milestone birthday celebration, we design custom installations that transform your event space and leave a lasting impression on your guests.

Logistics Is Our Superpower
Beautiful balloon decor means nothing if it doesn’t arrive on time, installed perfectly, exactly where it needs to be. That’s why we have a full-time Operations Manager coordinating every detail of every event day. Our dedicated Facilities & Fleet Manager keeps our vehicles road-ready and our equipment in top condition. We plan our routes, time our installations down to the minute, and coordinate across multiple events simultaneously — because your event doesn’t wait.
We’re (Almost) Never Booked Out
With a deep bench of skilled installers, a fleet of delivery vehicles, and one of the largest balloon inventories in the region, we can handle packed schedules and take on last-minute requests that other companies can’t. We have the capacity to run multiple installations across the DMV on the same day. While we always recommend booking in advance, if you’re in a pinch, give us a call — we’ll find a way.
We Travel for Our VIP Clients
While our home base serves Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia, we regularly travel further for our VIP clients. Need balloon decor for a destination corporate retreat? A wedding on the coast? We’re there. For balloon sculptures and specialty installations, we’re available to travel worldwide.

Founder & CEO
The visionary behind Partistry Balloons. Flavia holds a BFA in Interaction Design & Art from the Maryland Institute College of Art and is a globally recognized Certified Balloon Artist with multiple awards from international balloon conventions. She sets the creative direction for every installation and leads the team with an artist’s eye and an entrepreneur’s drive.
